Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and the basis on which Fortitude Sports Massage provides massage sessions.

1. Who we are

  • Business: Fortitude Sports Massage, a sole proprietorship owned and run by Eugene Marais
  • Address: 15 Kei Road, Farrarmere, Benoni, 1501
  • Email: info@fortitudesportsmassage.co.za
  • Phone: WhatsApp 078 1200 206 (WhatsApp only)
  • Website: fortitudesportsmassage.co.za

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please do not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to it or interfere with how it works;
  • copy or reuse its content, photos or logo without our written permission; or
  • send us false booking requests or anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.

The content, photos and logo on this website belong to Fortitude Sports Massage or its licensors.

3. Bookings

Sending the booking form or a WhatsApp message is a booking request. Your booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed a day and time with you.

4. Prices and payment

Our prices are shown on this website in South African rand. After-hours and mobile sessions cost extra, and we confirm that price with you before you book. We may change our prices from time to time, but the price confirmed when you booked is the price you pay. Payment is due at your session, and we will tell you which payment methods we accept when you book.

5. Changes and cancellations

See our Refunds & Cancellations page.

6. Your health and safety

Massage is not a substitute for medical care. We do not diagnose medical conditions, and nothing on this website or in a session is medical advice.

  • Please tell us about any medical condition, injury, recent surgery, medication or pregnancy before your session.
  • If you are unsure whether massage is right for you, check with your doctor or other healthcare provider first.
  • Tell us straight away if anything feels uncomfortable during a session. You can ask us to change the pressure or stop at any time.
  • We may adjust or decline a massage if we believe it would not be safe for you.

7. Our responsibility

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Third-party services and links

This website uses or links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media pages. We are not responsible for their services or content.

9. Your consumer rights

Where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 apply to you, these terms do not take away any of your rights under those Acts.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would always rather sort out a problem by talking first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the current one. A change does not affect a booking we have already confirmed.
